Alex, which is short for Alexandra if you weren't sure, sat at the small table across from Ron and said to him, "I saw you checking out Lisa-Ann yesterday."
Ron, kicked back in the dark wooden chair that matches the table, takes a sip through his straw, even though he ordered whiskey and cola. He looks at her over the glass with a gleam in his eye. "She's cute, I guess. We're talking."
Alex has the compact out of her purse, double-checking her eye liner and lipstick.
"Don't get too attached. She's meeting Brandon on Tuesday."
